Reader Launch NEW 2K Geothermal Grout

Sutton 29 April 2009. Now available from Reader is the new 2K Geothermal Grout. Reader developed this specialised grout following extensive research of grout application in the drilling & piling sector which highlighted placement problems associated with Geothermal grouting.

With almost twenty five years experience in grout product design, Reader’s solution was to develop a new generation of Geothermal grout which as well as a low carbon footprint, is easy to mix and gives consistent product performance and flow. Currently the grout is only available in 25kg sacks but by July 2009 quantities of up to 30 tonnes can be delivered in bulk silos (minimum 7 tonnes). A silo can be delivered to site, a measured quantity of product is dispensed into a high shear mixer below the silo where it is automatically mixed with the correct amount of water then pumped directly into the bore hole.
